Micro-needling

Micro-needling is an in-office medical procedure where a
FDA cleared device is used in conjunction with plasma rich
platelet therapy (PRP) or hyaluronic acid.
As the device glides across the face, the needles penetrate
the skin and activate the inflammation cascade. Through
this cascade, the skin begins to heal and collagen
production begins.
This treatment can be used on the face, neck, chest, and any other location of scars or signs of aging.
Benefits:
-
Reduces fine lines and wrinkles
-
Improves the texture of the skin
-
Minimizes the appearance of acne scars
-
Erase dark spots
-
Improve "crepe skin"
-
Reverse age spots
Depending on your concerns, Dr. Moore may recommend this treatment alone or in conjunction with other anti-aging therapies.

Botox is a safe and effective way to combat aging.
One of the reasons why the skin wrinkles is due to
muscle movement that occurs beneath the skin. This
repeated movement overtime creates a wrinkle(s) in
the skin.
Botox is used to temporarily paralyze the muscle. This
helps in two ways:
-
If a wrinkle has not been created it can prevent one from appearing.
-
If there is a wrinkle there it prevents the worsening of the wrinkle.
Botox itself does not remove the wrinkle. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Moore recommends micro-needling treatments, in addition to Botox.
